Our operation is integrity-driven, meaning we pride ourselves on the honesty and quality of our work. All of our technicians are trained by experienced, plumbing professionals who know what they’re doing. You can trust each and every one of our employees to provide you with the best service before, during and after every project whether that means customer service or on-the-job service.

 

Our Start

Jermon Brown started his career in plumbing over 15 years ago and, in 2010, decided to open his own plumbing business—Discount Plumbing Repair. When he started, Jermon worked the business from his home, using his personal truck to serve his customers. With hard work and dedication, Jermon and his truck have now evolved into our team of experienced plumbers and a small fleet of vans.

Jermon spends most of his time managing the business now but he still goes out to job sites occasionally to stay connected with his customers and his roots.

Jermon’s wife Brittney works alongside him in our office as Discount Plumbing’s vice president and office manager. Jermon’s mother-in-law also works in our office along with her daughter.

We are a family-owned business that puts our heart into everything we do for our customers. It is because of you that we get to do what we do, and for that, we are so blessed.
